Brisket Score

There are some things that must come home with you when you are at the grocery store and you find yourself at the meat counter with marked down Brisket! Five, to be exact, came home with me. I couldn’t resist.

We decided to smoke three of them and corn two of them for later eating. St. Patricks day is coming up and what better way to do a side by side comparison of “Is it Worth” brining your own brisket! We will soon find out!
