Easy Naan Crust Personal Pizza

Naan Crust Personal Pizza with Meat

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of naan bread

  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)

  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)

  • 1/4 cup sliced onions (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Olive oil (for brushing)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the Naan: Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. If you’d like a crispier crust, brush the tops lightly with olive oil.

  3. Add Sauce: Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each naan. Use the back of a spoon for a smooth layer.

  4. Add Meat: Sprinkle the cooked ground meat evenly over the sauce on each naan. You can season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for added flavor.

  5. Layer the Vegetables: If using, add the sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the meat.

  6. Add Cheese: Top each naan with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Make sure to cover the toppings well.

  7. Season: Sprinkle dried oregano over the cheese for an extra flavor boost.

  8. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the naan are golden.

  9. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Slice into pieces and enjoy your naan crust personal pizza!

Storage Tip

Store any leftover pizza in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven or toaster oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.

Enjoy your delicious and easy naan crust personal pizzas!
